7 Thyroid Problems: Symptoms, Causes & Treatment – Healthline

7 Common Causes of Thyroid Problem

How you sleep, how easy it is to wake up, and how much energy and vigor you have during the day are directly related to thyroid hormone levels. The thyroid body goes through a lot of processes and much more!

To us, hypothyroidism is a general health condition and means that the thyroid gland is not active enough. It can cause symptoms such as weight gain, fatigue, pale and cold skin, constipation, high cholesterol levels, weakness, and joint pain. Here are Thyroid causes, symptoms & treatments.

The opposite condition is called hyperthyroidism, in which the thyroid gland is very active. This can cause symptoms such as weight loss, tremors, rapid heartbeat or rapid heartbeat, sleepiness, and more. But naturally, the thyroid is a false organ and your symptoms may not be as “textbook” as they are usually described or occur all at once. You will not notice this on a coffee-free day because it is subtle.

7 Thyroid Common Disease: Symptoms, Causes And Their Treatment

One of the most common reasons why people are suffering from low thyroid function is because they have simply not taken enough time to understand what their thyroid is and what it does.

1. Gastrointestinal Function

Not only does our digestive system break down food to use nutrients, but it also contains 80% of our immune system! Food intolerance is a common cause of digestive problems and has been strongly linked in research to gluten intolerance and celiac disease with a thyroid imbalance.

Many people with suspected gluten intolerance have many other unwanted food intolerances that mimic similar symptoms.

2. Toxicity

What is thyroid eye disease? The most common sign of poisoning in the body may be bags under the eyes. The liver is our main organ for detoxifying the body and preventing waste from clinging to our tissues.

If detoxification is necessary, there may be changes in the diet, including more vegetables in the diet, so that the internal body conditions of toxins, infrared saunas, and acupuncture can help balance the energy connectors to suit these organs.

One of my suggestions is to drink a cup of hot water with half a freshly squeezed lemon every morning for 15 minutes before breakfast. It makes the liver active and ready to work!

3. Environmental Factors

The body is closing due to fatigue. Two common examples of environmental factors affecting the thyroid gland are high-stress levels and lack of sleep. Sleep means the body heals itself and loses itself from it, which has a greater effect than we perceive.

High-stress levels cause high cortisol levels in the body, which increases the risk of hormonal heart disease Headaches (and other conditions) and puts your body in a flight or fight response mode. These are the first two things I recommend for all my patient addresses.

4. Hormonal Imbalances

Such as pregnancy, contraceptive use, estrogen/hormone replacement therapy, or bowel disease. High levels of estrogen increase the activity of the thyroid gland. Estrogen is also used as an antidote, for which the effects are eliminated and the risks are minimized.

Research and results on hormone replacement therapy now show that it does not protect anyone from incontinence, Alzheimer’s, heart disease, etc., but it actually increases the risk of Thyroid cancer.

Other natural methods of resolving hormonal imbalances, especially acupuncture or doctor-grade nutritional supplement prescriptions at menopause.

5. Constipation

Most of the toxins that are recycled in our intestines due to lack of elimination bring high estrogen into the system. My favorite, most effective, and natural remedy for constipation is acupuncture, sugar and grain removal, probiotics replacement, food intolerance test, constipation, and other laboratory measurements that can overcome the cause.

6. Chronic Candidiasis

It can cause symptoms such as white spots in the mouth, memory problems, sugar management problems, gas and bloating, mucus in the stool, and cold hands or feet.

Ask your doctor about an easy blood test if you have severe or chronic candida problems. Remedies for candidiasis may include dietary changes, detoxification, and the use of natural herbs or ingredients to correct the candida imbalance.

7. Nutritional Deficiencies

Such as B12 or iron deficiency. Some symptoms of malnutrition are similar to those of hypothyroidism. Causes of nutritional deficiencies include poor eating habits or lack of heavy metal poisoning (in fact it is more common than it sounds). Hair analysis is the best long-term blueprint for assessing the body for heavy metal poisoning or malnutrition.
